Diary of a Mad Black DJ: 117 Harlem Connection

I was honored to play with the Harlem Connection a few weeks ago, who hands down has some of the best series of themed tweet promotions that I've ever been a part of. Lol. Further, one of my favorite parts of being a DJ is speaking without my own words.

The Harlem Connection to Fluidity had 2 main requirements:

  1. Title must have a fluid in the title (example water, sweat, liquid, etc)

  2. The artist played must have a connection to Harlem (lived, performed or born in Harlem at some point.)

Shout out to DJ Black Icon 1, MamaSoul and The L.A.W. for having such and innovative and intentional program. I felt so happy to be your guest conductor and I hope to visit again. <3 Click below to hear the program and be sure to follow The Harlem Connection.
